This tool gives an indicative estimate only. Actual generation depends on roof orientation, shading, weather and maintenance. Tariff slabs are revised by CSERC; the FPPAS changes every month and electricity duty is set by the State Government, so both are entered here as editable averages. State bill-relief schemes are not included. SBI loan interest rates are linked to EBLR and are subject to change, eligibility and the bank's approval — the rate above ₹2 lakh requires a minimum CIBIL score of 650 and net annual income of ₹3 lakh or more. Loans up to ₹2 lakh are collateral-free; above that the solar system is hypothecated to the bank. Nothing here is a commitment of subsidy, loan sanction or savings.
